TimeTrak is an automatic download (passive) GPS Tracking System that provides historical records of vehicle start and stops times, moving time, mileage, speed, stop lengths, and addresses; everything you need to manage productivity and compare driver performance company wide.
The TimeTrak a GPS Tracking Device and antenna both can be easily concealed
for covert operation.
The TimeTrak GPS Vehicle Monitoring System logs trips and vehicle service or delivery activity. The mobile device records every trip, plus time and location of events. "Events" can be user defined, such as PTO operation, a door or a trunk opening. The GPS Tracking Device uses state of the art Bluetooth wireless technology to quickly and automatically download GPS data when vehicles return to within 75 yards of the receiver at your home location.
The TimeTrak data will automatically upload from your server
to our server allowing you to view your data from any
computer anywhere with internet access AT NO ADDITIONAL
COST AND NO MONTHLY FEE. This allows for off site data
storage and security against loss of data from a computer
crash of your server and is an unique function that TimeTrak
offers. (TimeTrak Live units can be used in conjunction with
this system with both downloading to the same back end.

Detailed Reports
These easy to use reports show each driver or truck's entire daily activity with details of each trip during the day. They can be viewed for specific dates and times making it easy to view only certain days of the week, specific drivers, or specific trucks.
Summary Reports
These reports allow the user to compare average stop length versus driving time for the entire fleet. It provides total operating hours of each vehicle for a given day, which provides time sheet verification and driver comparison. The idle time summary helps to control fuel cost. Like the Detailed Report, a Summary Report can be date specific.
Exception Reports
These reports highlight out-of-the-norm activity to quickly identify productivity and wasted costs. These reports show which trucks stop the longest, idle the most, drive the fastest, and are driven nights or weekends when they should not. All of these reports will help to reduce fleet operating cost and liability. For example, selecting the Maximum Speed report and specifying a 'greater than' speed will list all the times that a driver or vehicle traveled faster than your specified speed.
